Gropparello Castle embraces social and economic sustainability with a delicious and prestigious project based on a fairytale ingredient found on our tables: chocolate.
THE CHOCOLATE OF SIMPLE IS BORN
This delicious new addition to our range of specialty products follows a major milestone we've achieved: growing our workforce, which has led us to address the challenge of incorporating social sustainability into our product portfolio.
We chose to do so through another company, a chocolate processing company based in Piacenza. In their laboratory, under the guidance and design of Filippo Mazzocchi, young people with high-functioning disabilities work, realizing the dream of a forge of wonders nestled in the fertile soil of 360-degree ethics.

Our Chocolate… unmistakable balance and persistence
These characteristics are based on the harmony and interaction of 3 different types of beans grown in Madagascar, Tanzania and Sao Tome Islands.
The special 180g chocolate recipe, which we chose was Castello di Gropparello, was created in collaboration with the "Or Noir" project by Cacao Barry, a world leader in chocolate excellence, at their academy in Paris, and we are now ready to share it with you.
