Gianfranco G. Gibelli - my husband - graduated in mathematics and physics, computer expert on large systems, organist and writer, passionate about art history and history in general:

We now have a much older family, because 2 genders have arrived and we have 4 grandchildren who are very close to each other in age ....
We have been there since 1998
as a mission we have the enhancement of the monumental heritage through experiential interactive projects.
Our daughters work with us and so do their husbands.
During the season we also reach 40 employees because the activities developed are many and are concentrated between March and June and then September and October.

The first meeting with the castle happened by coincidence while I was taking care of the preparation of an exhibition and sale of ancient musical instruments on behalf of the Finarte auction house. From that first moment to our move from the house in Milan, 9 months have passed ... just the time of a gestation ... which in this case concerned a large project which then took the name of
What and who suggested creating this project to us?
After the first guided tours, we have created educational activities suitable for elementary and middle school children.
We soon realized that both adults and children were asking us “But how did you live in a castle? but who was in the woods? .... " We tried to respond in an experiential way… by creating a “life to live” project and it was born
the Parco delle Fiabe - The first emotional park in Italy .
But we didn't stop there. Other activities were born soon ......
In the part of the stables, inside the Masseria, a suggestive tavern has been created, the Medieval Castle Tavern , where you can taste typical Piacenza and Emilian dishes.
The Medieval Tavern - for Medieval Banquets with entertainment and typical lunches in a suggestive and romantic setting, rich in luxuriant vegetation, furnished with a style inspired by the Middle Ages, but also rich in Tuscan features characteristic of the Macchiaioli landscapes.

COOKING FROM ANCIENT ROMANS TO THE FIRST WORLD WAR. THE ROYAL BANQUETS, THE GREAT RECEPTIONS OF THE NOBLES AND THE STATE LUNCHES, with set rooms and equipped kitchens
WINTER CASTLE - THE MAGIC OF THE ENCHANTED CHRISTMAS , with a castle decorated for Christmas, rooms set up and an antique playroom, with the possibility for children to experiment with the manipulation of wax in the Candles Atelier
Naturalistic visits to the Vezzeno Gorges and the Rising Rose Museum and collection of fossils.
The path of the Vezzeno Gorges winds on the rock on which the castle was built, right along the gorges of the stream. It is about visiting an ophiolithic area of incomparable scenic beauty. Recommended period for rose gardens May, June and September.
