Visit to the Castle with Lunch at the Tavern
Suspended over a wild territory like an eagle's nest, the Gropparello Castle (8th-13th century) strikes visitors with the turreted grouping of the monumental complex, which during the visit presents the eye with an alternation of scenically different panoramic views . With an irregular plan due to the roughness of the terrain, the Castle represents an example of the art of medieval fortification.
The castle reserves many surprises: a panoramic walk with spectacular landscape, a particular collection of musical instruments, the toy room, corners and views worth photographing.
in combination with the guided tour there is lunch, which is served in the Medieval Tavern located in the castle gardens.
